The company was founded in 2005. Production bases and technical research and development centers have been established in Luoyang, Xi'an, Tianjin, Zhuhai and other cities. The headquarters is located in Luoyang City, Henan Province, where a production base complex for high-tech electro-optical equipment has been built. The company is a large group of enterprises in the field of power equipment, covering a series of high-voltage and low-voltage vacuum contactors for 0.4–40.5 kV, pole vacuum circuit breakers, SF6 load switches, reactive power compensation devices, metering devices, specialized disconnectors and circuit breakers for power plants of 40.5 kV / 72.5 kV / 110 kV / 220 kV, high and low voltage switchgear, as well as operation and maintenance services for energy facilities.

The company's products have successively passed the national 3C certification, ISO 9001 international quality management system certification, ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, ISO 18001 occupational health and safety management system certification. All series of switching equipment have been tested by national independent quality control centers and UL/CE certification. The company covers an area of more than 50,000 square meters, with a staff of more than 300 people, of which more than 40 people are technical R&D team and service personnel. The company's fixed assets amount to over 150 million yuan. The precision processing equipment fleet includes about 50 units, including large intelligent flexible turret punch presses, laser cutting machines, CNC sheet shears, CNC press brakes, CNC machines, rollers, milling machines. The fleet of control and testing equipment consists of more than 100 units, including equipment for testing lightning impulses with a voltage of 300 kV, equipment for measuring partial discharges, high current generators, spring tensile-compression testing machines, intelligent circuit resistance meters, high-voltage testing installations of high-power industrial frequency, instruments for checking mechanical characteristics, life-saving mechanical test benches for switches, inter-turn coil short circuit testers.
