(Luoyang) and Russian Bergorod State Technical University held negotiations on strategic cooperation at the company's headquarters in Luoyang. General Director of the Chennuo Group Zhao Xianhong, Director of the International Trade Department Gao Shanren and Deputy Director of the Institute of Electrical Engineering of Bergorod State Technical University Professor Yuri Vasilyevich jointly announced the creation of the Chennuo Joint Laboratory for the Safe Use of Electricity at the university.

This laboratory will rely on Chennuo Group's 17 key patent technologies in areas such as intelligent power distribution and electrical fire prevention, combined with Russian scientific expertise in power electronics, and will focus on research on adapting electrical safety equipment to extreme cold conditions.
