Wind generators start up at a wind speed of only 1.4 m/s. Thanks to the vertical axis, they perceive the wind at any angle (360°). The wind energy utilization rate reaches 85%. The annual effective generation time is from 5500 to 6500 hours, which is 2-3 times higher than traditional wind turbines and solar panels.
The blades are made of corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy. The generator is brushless with a synchronous reluctance motor (SR). The device is resistant to high and low temperatures and has a protection degree of IP55. Estimated service life is 25 years. The noise level is below 50 dB, which makes it environmentally friendly.
The system includes a vertical wind generator, a main generator, an intelligent control system and a battery pack. Protective functions are provided: electromagnetic braking when overspeeding, protection against overvoltage, overcurrent and overheating. The output voltage is 400–760 VDC supported, and can be manufactured with other parameters. Grid-connected inverters and off-grid storage systems are available.
