This series of permanent magnet vacuum load break switches adopts high quality vacuum arcing load chambers and is equipped with the most advanced bistable magnetic drives as the main driving element. The drive has a small number of mechanical elements, a modular design of secondary switching control circuits, does not require auxiliary mechanical switches, can be equipped with an intelligent restart protection function, and has low on and off currents. In the on and off state, the control circuit does not require constant voltage, ensuring operation without operating voltage, safety and reliability, as well as significant energy saving effect.
This series of permanent magnet vacuum switches has high switching and switching speeds, its contact opening and additional stroke are 1.5 times higher than those of conventional vacuum contactors. It has excellent breaking characteristics, the short-term withstand current reaches 20 kA. Can be combined with dry-type transformers and disconnectors into a single integrated prepaid commercial metering point with a built-in disconnector, with an optional manual switch-on and switch-off function available. It has a clear advantage in terms of price-quality ratio and is an ideal companion switch for the new generation of prepaid metering points. The insulating body is made by casting epoxy resin, the power frequency withstand voltage is greatly increased to 60 kV and above, and it is also resistant to dust and condensation, making it even more suitable for integrated combined metering stations.
