The product is made according to a modular prefabricated design, consists of a frame, an assembly of grounding knives, fixed contacts, sensors, a shaft, levers, compression springs, conductive bushings and flexible connections, and is distinguished by a compact design and ease of installation and commissioning.
Its key technology is that the drive mechanism rotates the main shaft using the energy stored in the compression springs to realize rapid engagement and disengagement. When turned on, the drive rod, having passed the dead center of the compression spring, releases energy, ensuring quick and reliable contact of the grounding knives with the fixed contacts; When turned off, energy is accumulated in preparation for the next turn on. The switching speed during the entire process does not depend on the speed of manual operation, which guarantees reliable operation.
Note:Among the user specified "JN-12/20/35/66 kV", model JN15-12 is only applicable for 12 kV and below systems. For high voltage systems of classes 20 kV, 35 kV, 66 kV, it is necessary to select special grounding conductors corresponding to this voltage class (for example, JN15-40.5 for 35 kV systems). Mixing is not permitted, otherwise there is a serious safety hazard.
