The GW13 series outdoor neutral grounding device is mainly used in electrical systems of voltage classes from 12 kV to 110 kV as a grounded transformer neutral protection device. This type of product is equipped with motor or manual drive, has good mechanical stability and adaptability to the environment, suitable for difficult operating conditions such as high altitude, heavy pollution, strong wind and seismic activity.
Operating conditions
◆ Neutral protection in substations: Used in substations 110 kV and below for direct grounding or grounding through the transformer neutral discharge gap, preventing damage to equipment from lightning or switching overvoltages.
◆ Electrical systems in high mountain areas: GW13 series supports high mountain design and is suitable for power grid construction in high mountain areas such as Tibet, Qinghai, Yunnan.
◆ Use in highly polluted environments: Dirt-resistant products (type W) can be used in coastal areas, industrial areas and other places with severe air pollution, preventing accidents due to insulators being blocked.
◆ Automated control scenarios: When equipped with a motor drive (eg CJ6 type), remote control and integration with the SCADA system are realized, which increases the level of intelligent maintenance.
◆ Application in seismically active areas: The products have been tested for seismic resistance up to eight points, have a robust design and are suitable for seismically active areas.
