The Changzheng New Energy company's own development is the liquid ultra-fast charger CZ-800V/600A. Peak power is 480 kW, in 10 minutes the power reserve is replenished by 400 km. The device has an IP65 protection rating and a CQC five star safety certificate. Suitable for fast charging of all types of passenger and commercial vehicles.
The device operates from an AC input current of 380 V ±15%, DC output is 200–1000 V. The rated power of one charging station is 480 kW. Intelligent power distribution between two guns is supported. Efficiency at full load exceeds 96%.
Equipped with a dual-circuit liquid cooling system. The main circuit can withstand temperatures from –40 °C to +70 °C, the temperature control accuracy in the auxiliary circuit is ±1 °C. The noise level during operation is no more than 55 dB, which is 40% quieter compared to air cooling. The device complies with national and IEC standards and is equipped with a 12-level security system.
The device uses silicon carbide-based power modules, which reduces losses by 30%. Intelligent charging algorithm increases battery life by 15%. The modular design allows you to replace a faulty component in 15 minutes. Cloud monitoring allows you to predict failures in the cooling system in advance. An interface is provided for bidirectional V2G power transmission. The system has reserve for upgrading to 600 kW.
The device is suitable for highway charging stations and urban ultra-fast charging stations, and can be used in conjunction with energy storage systems for peak load balancing. A version with increased IP68 protection is also available for charging specialized equipment in the ports.
